Pre-Trip Family To-Do’s:
I. BEFORE FRI JUNE 23, complete/verify these forms...
- NatureBridge Official Student Registration-Medical Form (in English)
Formulario de registro para los participantes de NatureBridge (en Español)
This form should be started by a guardian, but alongside the student. NatureBridge is very concerned about the health and safety of the students and they review health forms very carefully. We must notify NatureBridge of any allergies or limitations before the trip. To ensure that your student will be able to participate in the program, be sure that health information is accurate and that you pack any and all medications that you list on the form.
- MVLA Permission Form AND NatureBridge Volunteer Service Agreement
STUDENTS must start the e-form with their info/signature. After, they will be asked to insert the email of a guardian. The form is then emailed to the guardian to e-sign, after which the form is electronically sent to Middle College. Everything happens by e-form/email, so be sure to communicate together and check your work.

Packing Reminders:
- Money: Bring approx. $30.00 for lunch on the way there and dinner on the way home.
You might also bring some extra money for the Yosemite Valley gift shop. - Packing: Attend our Wednesday August 9 virtual meeting for packing guidance.
Nature Bridge Packing List: Make adjustments to this packing list for summer
Eg., you will not need snow pants and a parka, but you will need shorts, breathable layers, a fleece, and longer pants to wear at night.
- Devices: Electronics are OK for the bus ride, but these should not be used while at camp save for emergency conditions or for photos only (eg., Airplane Mode). Most cell devices have spotty service in Yosemite, and students will not be able to conduct downloads at camp.
