Emergencies and Contact Information:
Should a medical emergency arise, students will likely be taken to local medical clinic and will be accompanied by at least one participating adult from our school/group. You will be contacted immediately if such an emergency arises. The campus office hours are from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
After 5:00 p.m. for URGENT messages, the Director of Operations can be reached during non-office hours at 323-379-4175 or 630-660-3970.

Dates: Sunday August 18, 2019 to Wednesday Aug 21, 2019
Arrive: 10:30 Parking Lot #2
Pick up: Approximately 7:00 PM Parking Lot #2 Foothill College
Students will be contacting parents by cell phone if we are delayed coming home.
Cost: $535.00 Please make checks payable to the Foothill Middle College.
RSVP: Reserve your spot to Yosemite when you accept your space at Middle College. This is non-refundable since once we reserve a spot for you we have to pay for it.
Scholarships: Scholarships are available. Talk to either Mike or Trish.
Parent/Student Meeting: Attend meeting at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at Middle College Office. This meeting is mandatory.
Sunday Morning: Bring approximately $20.00 for lunch on the way and for dinner on the way home. Make sure you have all of your gear!!!!!! You may bring electronics for the bus, but they may not be used in camp. If you want to buy something in the gift shop, you may also bring some $$.
Packing List: Please modify this packing list for summer. You will not need snow pants and heavy parka. You will need shorts, some layers and fleece to wear at night. https://naturebridge.org/programs/yosemite-school-environmental-science#prepare-for-your-trip

District Permission Form: Attached below for printing. This is due on class registration day.
Note about the health form:
Nature Bridge is very concerned about the health and safety of the students. Be aware that the Nature Bridge staff will look at the health forms very carefully. Be sure that the health information is accurate and you pack any and all medications that you list on the form. This will insure that your student will be able to participate in the program. We must notify Nature Bridge of any allergies or limitations before the trip.
Signed District Permission forms and your full payment are DUE on your Class Selection Day - June 11th or June 18!!
