How to Apply
We are designed to be a full-year/two-year program and hold our main application season each Winter/Spring for the following school year.
Still, we are often able to review late applications throughout the year. If you’re an interested student, submit an application!
Note: Some students’ admission process may also include an interview at the request of the Middle College team.

If you did not attend this year’s Open House event, please complete your personal statement online.
Students might address the following prompt instead: Knowing there are several avenues through which to take college classes, why do you want to come to Middle College in particular? What isn't working for you in your current learning environment? Why are you looking for a change? And what are you hoping to get out of an experience like our unique program?
Feel free to be honest and to speak to us conversationally, in your own voice, as if writing a letter; we just want to get to know you and determine if this could be a good fit.

We’d like to get to know you through the eyes of someone that has worked with you in an academic setting. Ideally, this is a classroom teacher from your current or most-recent high school.

Share this form with two teachers you’d like to ask for a reference. Please let them know that it is a brief form and doesn’t take long.

Applications are due in February. Students can expect to receive decisions in mid to late March.
Applicants should continue with the high school course selection process in the meantime.
